THE Platform

Grow with every new rule on the CORENATE Platform.

EU product regulation is built into CORENATE as structured data logic rather than developed case by case. New delegated acts arrive through configuration. Everything else, from asset management to the digital thread, runs on the same base.

Every rule its own project. Every project its own system.

The usual path is one solution per requirement. A tool for the product passport, another for the battery passport, another for packaging, another when the next delegated act lands. Each with its own data, its own maintenance, its own integration.

Then the rule changes, and the solution built for it gets built again. That is the pattern CORENATE is designed to break.

Battery Passport, Complete

Every attribute defined by DIN DKE SPEC 99100 for the EU Battery Passport, supported today. Each new act is configured into the same logic.

On One Base

From product and battery passports to carbon accounting, ESG, traceability, engineering, procurement, service, customer portals, and data spaces. Each one an application of the same platform, with room for whatever comes next.
ONE DATA SOURCE

Capture once, use everywhere

Every solution below draws on the same standardised base. These are the ones you can start with today, and the same base carries whatever you need next. Pick the one closest to you, the rest are already sitting on the same data.

Digital Battery Passport

All 109 attributes of the EU Battery Passport per DIN DKE SPEC 99100, ready for the February 2027 deadline.

And what comes next

The same base reaches further than the solutions listed here. New requirements and new use cases are configured into the existing logic, so the platform grows with you rather than the other way round. Tell us what you need it to do.
HOW IT WORKS

Three things that make this a platform

One base, many ways of using it. Each solution below is the same platform, configured for a different job.

Regulation as foundation

The requirements of EU product regulation are mapped directly into structured data logic. ESPR, the EU Battery Regulation, PPWR, and other sector-specific acts are natively integrated. New delegated acts are configured into the platform.

Ready quickly, scales gradually

Digital product passports can be created immediately, without full system integration. Open interfaces let you connect your existing IT landscape step by step, at the pace that suits you.

Grows by extension

Every new requirement extends the existing logic. You configure what you already run instead of buying, integrating, and maintaining another point solution beside the last one.

Technology and interoperability

Built on open standards

CORENATE is built on the Asset Administration Shell, the international Industry 4.0 standard for the digital twin, with AAS 3.0 metamodel verification built into the interface.

IDTA submodel templates are usable directly, ECLASS semantics can be assigned to submodels and elements, and the platform integrates with SAP for maintenance and procurement, with Manufacturing-X, Catena-X, and other industrial data spaces.

What you can rely on

Provable, versioned, auditable

Every object, thumbnail, and attachment is versioned and hashed. Changes are tracked by time and user. Data can be verified as unaltered at defined points in time, and shared with third parties without exposing anything confidential.

  • Whole shells generated directly from PDFs, including nameplate, technical data, handover documentation, and carbon footprint
  • Versioning and integrity checks across every object
  • Change history by time and user, ready for audit
  • Tamper-proof verification when data leaves your walls

Frequently asked questions about the CORENATE platform

The key questions, answered briefly.
How quickly can we start?
Digital product passports can be created immediately, without full system integration. Open interfaces let you connect your existing systems step by step from there.
What happens when a new regulation arrives?
It is configured into the platform rather than developed for it. The requirements of EU product regulation are already mapped as structured data logic, so a new delegated act extends what exists instead of starting a new project.
Do we have to replace our IT?
No. The platform connects the systems you already run. Open interfaces mean you integrate at your own pace.
Which passports does the platform cover?
Battery passports, ESPR passports across product groups such as textiles, furniture, electronics, and household appliances, and DPPs in the PPWR context. All on the same base.
Is the platform only for product passports?
No. Passports were the starting point. The same base carries digital asset management, the digital thread, and single point of truth, and further use cases run on it.
What is the Asset Administration Shell?
The international Industry 4.0 standard for the digital twin. It describes product data clearly and makes it exchangeable between systems.
How do we know the data is unaltered?
Every object is versioned and hashed, and changes are tracked by time and user. Beyond that, data integrity can be verified at defined points in time when exchanging with third-party systems, without exposing confidential content.
